The Lead City University Mosque serves as a spiritual sanctuary for Muslim students, staff, and visitors within the university community. It is a place of prayer, reflection, learning, and unity — where the values of Islam are practiced and upheld with peace, devotion, and respect.

Located within the serene environment of the campus, the Mosque provides an atmosphere conducive to worship, brotherhood, and personal growth, helping Muslims maintain their spiritual obligations while pursuing academic excellence.

 

What the Mosque Offers

  • Daily Prayers (Ṣalāt) – Conducted in congregation, including Jum'ah (Friday prayers).

  • Jumu’ah Sermons (Khutbah) – Delivered weekly by respected Imams and scholars.

  • Islamic Lectures & Classes – Covering topics in Qur’an, Hadith, Fiqh, and contemporary Islamic issues.

  • Ramadan Activities – Including Iftar (breaking of fast), Taraweeh prayers, and special Ramadan programs.

  • Eid Celebrations – Communal prayers and gatherings during Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha.

  • Spiritual Counseling & Support – Guidance for students on religious and personal matters.

Location & Prayer Schedule

The Mosque is centrally located on campus and is easily accessible to all Muslim members of the university.

Daily Prayers: Observed in congregation
Friday Jumu’ah Prayer: 1:30 PM
Islamic Classes: Weekly schedule available on the Mosque notice board
